The location and owner made our stay worth the money! This was my second time here. Sadly, the rude staff ruined the sta
Location is superb! It’s just in front of Terminal 3, so you won’t worry so much about the traffic and getting late when you have a flight. There’s a lot of food stalls nearby and even pharmacies. The owner is super kind (big tall guy). He is totally helpful and accommodating. We like him so much!
The staff (chubby with morena/brown skin color). She’s the one who calls the owner when someone checks in or if you have concerns. We accidentally left the key locked in the room and we KINDLY asked for a duplicate. I approached her and even apologized. She is SUPER RUDE IN RESPONDING TO GUESTS. I can’t count the number of times she sighed. She complains as if you committed a crime. You can’t also ask her questions because she will automatically answer rudely. She is NOT POLITE at all. She has attitude problems.
